Booking & Payment Disclosure

By booking a ride with Swift Motion Logistics and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Nonrefundable Deposit: All deposits are nonrefundable once payment is submitted.
Application of Funds: The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service rendered.
Service Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and processed.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded but may be credited toward a future booking at the discretion of Swift Motion Logistics.
By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
